77th San Francisco Boat Race Dinner - Tuesday 17th April 2012

Celebrate the 77th San Francisco Boat Race, celebrating the 158th Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race, at our new venue - The Presidio Golf Club Clubhouse. This is the largest event for Oxford and Cambridge alumni in the Bay Area. Enjoy stimulating conversation, whether you are a newcomer or long time resident of the Bay Area. The 2011 dinner was oversubscribed - so sign up early. If you prefer to mail in a check please download the flyer.  

Join the committee to get a prime seat at the 2013 dinner. Thank you to those who volunteered to help for 2012.

Location: The Presidio Golf Club Clubhouse,  entrance on Arguello Boulevard @ Arguello Gate (turn left when you enter the gate - don't go to the Golf Club Cafe, go to the Clubhouse), San Francisco
Date: Tuesday 17th April 2012
  • 5:30 pm - drinks, networking and Boat Race video
  • 7:15 pm - dinner with speaker
  • After dinner - after dinner drinks, repeat viewing of Boat Race video
Price: $95 per head, with discounts for seniors & students and early bird sign up before March 17th, 2012.
Registration: All guests must register in advance, there is no on site registration.
Restrictions: The event is for Oxford and Cambridge Alumni.  Each alumnus/alumna may bring one guest. If you would like to bring more guests then please email the treasurer.  
Parking: Parking is free in the Clubhouse car park or on the street outside
Directions: Enter Presidio National Park through the Arguello gate, at the stop sign turn left onto West Pacific, Clubhouse is on the left 100 yards. (Detailed directions)

* The dinner is restricted to alumni, academic visitors and former employees of the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford. Friends of the universities, who have donated to either Oxford or Cambridge, are also invited.
